The Next Level
The Vantage Management program is an opportunity for students to directly shape and lead Vantage Youth Group along with its programs. Students who choose to partake in this program demonstrate a particularly strong interest in the business field, and contribute meaningfully through frequent assignments and meetings. Vantage Management represents the level between regular members and upper-management, playing the vital role of communication and understanding.
Available Roles
Strategies Team
As part of the Vantage Strategies Team, students research, propose, and coordinate various strategic advancements, including but not limited to fundraising, marketing, expansion, media, and publicity. This role is best fit for those interested in crtical thinking, problem solving, and creativy.
Fund Associate Manager
Fund Associate Managers lead a group of designated Vantage Fund Partner investment associates, directing aiding in their educational curriculum, guiding them through the investment analysis and proposal process, and conducting monthly surface audits of submitted reports. This role is best fit for those who have had prior experience in finance & investments, with interests in group management, education, and analysis.
Venture Chief
Venture Chiefs work directly within the Vantage Catalyst program, guiding student entrepreneurs through our startup development process, and providing a line of communication between startups and the organization. Venture Chiefs meet with program members, build relationships, understand business models, perform problem solving and strategic analyses, and work with students on implementing their ideas. This role is best fit for those who posses interest or talent in communication, time management, and problem solving.
